i'm super impressed with the mini-garden's progress; in less than a month's time they have grown into (almost) full-on plants. i'm thinking i may need to transplant some of the little guys (as so many of the seeds took root) into alternate pots, which will allow me to share them with friends. i hear gardners and plant enthusiasts are typically very generous with their plants, sharing seedlings and cuttings with their circle.
all in all, caring for even the smallest garden is pretty wicked. it's brought a great deal of personality to our porch. and don't even get me started on the taste of fresh herbs; i simply can't wait to use them. i'm also looking forward to trying out more seasonal plants in the fall. living in florida provides more flexibility, with the warm weather subsiding in november/december.
i'm just like a proud momma. grow little garden, grow!
